Where on Earth salutes STEVE RIRIE, chairman of the Silent Heroes of the Cold War National Monument. Visit his website at www.coldwarmemorial.com. It is devoted to the creation of a national monument honoring victims of a top secret 1955 plane crash near Las Vegas and honoring cold war heroes in general. Opens your eyes to the secret operatives that tipped the scales of wars without ever being recognized for it. Thanks, Steve!
This is a poem written by one of the young men from the Joanitis Home group of young men that "ransacked" our shop with their gift certificates last Christmas. We had as much fun with them as they did! We're looking forward to their visit this week again! Two thumbs up to you guys!

Our dear friends-who-started-out-as-customers, Rainer and Nancy, FINALLY DID IT! We got this email at 3:32 a.m. November 7th - what an all-nighter! A Vegas special! Congratulations, you giggling kids! And here's Rainer's latest watercolor as well, Desert Dream. We cannot describe the exceptional work they have hanging in their home, all by Rainer. We salute you special people!
Here's my favorite little person, Emma - who started out as a customer and stole our hearts! Her family just moved to Texas, and things have not been the same since. She's holding our Hunka Burning Love Gorilla stuffie. Love ya Emma!
